1. By accessing and using this Internet portal, whose domain name is www.alankthau.com, owned by Diseños Alan K. Thau SA de CV (hereinafter "Alan K. Thau"), the user accepts the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE contained in this agreement and expressly declares acceptance through electronic means, in accordance with Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code. If the user does not fully and completely accept these terms and conditions, they must refrain from accessing, using, and viewing the website.
Adhesion agreement for the use of the website www.alankthau.com entered into by Alan K. Thau on one part and the user on the other, both parties subject to the provisions established in this document.
a) By virtue of this agreement, Alan K. Thau grants the user a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to view and use the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
b) The user may only print and/or copy any information contained on the website exclusively for personal use. Commercial use of such information is strictly prohibited.
c) The reprinting, publication, distribution, assignment, sublicensing, sale, electronic reproduction, or reproduction by any other means, partial or total, of any information, document, or graphic appearing on the website is expressly prohibited unless prior written authorization from Alan K. Thau is obtained.
The user and Alan K. Thau agree that the use of the website shall be subject to the following rules:

Alan K. At Alan K. Thau, our products are sold per piece, not by gram or carat (ct). Alan K. Thau reserves the right to change the price of any item published on any official channel without prior notice. Quotes and orders (even if already paid) are subject to availability confirmation.
The deadline to file a manufacturing defect claim is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, any repair will be carried out at the corresponding cost. We reserve the right to deny repair service if we consider it poses risks or exceeds our capacity.
Alan K. Thau periodically publishes merchandise at special prices. These prices correspond to unique pieces. Once such an item is sold, the price offer expires. Alan K. Thau is not obligated to offer another piece at the same price, as each piece is one of a kind.
Delivery times provided are approximate and may vary. If a single order includes products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply, as the order will only be shipped when all products are ready. We do not make partial shipments.
For security reasons, Alan K. Thau does NOT use WhatsApp.
Interest-free installment promotions are subject to purchases made with participating credit cards issued by Mexican banking institutions. Alan K. Thau does not offer direct credit to customers and assumes no responsibility if the banking institution denies credit.
Because Alan K. Thau pieces are customized and in many cases specifically manufactured for the customer, model changes and order cancellations/refunds are not applicable. Once a deposit is received, the order immediately enters production. Alan K. Thau reserves the right to deny changes to the order once the deposit has been received.
Alan K. Thau (Diseños Alan K. Thau S.A. de C.V.), as a legally constituted company in Mexico, fully complies with obligations under the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI). Transactions involving precious stones and metals that equal or exceed the thresholds established by law require official identity documentation and, where applicable, filing notices with the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF).
The customer has a maximum of 30 calendar days from delivery to request size changes. This service has an associated cost. Standard ring sizes range from size 4 to 12; each additional half size costs $1,500 MXN. The post-adjustment warranty is 7 calendar days.
Deliveries are subject to force majeure. Shipping companies deliver to any person at the address on the shipping label. Alan K. Thau is not responsible for package handling after delivery. In case of an incomplete package, the customer has 24 hours to report it in writing with photographic and video evidence.
If the customer does not require a personalized invoice, a generic invoice will be issued. Any order exceeding $50,000 MXN must be invoiced with the customer's RFC and documentation required by law.
Product images and videos are strictly illustrative and do not constitute an exact representation of reality. They may vary in color, size, details, and other visual elements compared to the actual product.
By using any services provided by Alan K. Thau and accepting these "Terms and Conditions," the customer acknowledges and accepts all points mentioned above. These terms apply to all purchases, adjustments, and services carried out through any official Alan K. Thau channel.
For any matter related to the interpretation and compliance of this agreement, both parties expressly submit to the competence and jurisdiction of the laws and courts of Mexico City, waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
