90-Day Warranty Policy for Manufacturing Defects on Jewelry Sold by Alan K. Thau

Duration:

The warranty is valid for 90 days from the original delivery date of the product.

Warranty Coverage:

Alan K. Thau guarantees that all jewelry and accessories sold are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If your jewelry or piece presents a manufacturing defect within this period, repair or replacement will be provided, as applicable.

Covered Manufacturing Defects:

Covered defects include those that affect the structural integrity of the jewelry, such as defective soldering, loose settings, stones that become detached, or other errors attributable to the manufacturing process.

Warranty Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, loss, theft, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes scratches, drops, dents, color changes, or loss of shine due to daily use.

Claim Process:

1. Contact alankthau@gmail.com within the warranty period with your name, order number, and a description of the defect.
2. Our team will provide you with the steps to follow for your claim.
3. Depending on the case, repair or replacement will be offered.

Additional Costs:

Shipping costs to return the jewelry are the responsibility of the customer. If the defect is covered by the warranty, Alan K. Thau will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replaced piece. Any service requested after the 90-day period will be subject to additional charges.

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
