If an order cannot be processed due to stock unavailability or force majeure, the customer will be notified and will receive a full or partial refund via the original payment method.
Customers must notify the company within 12 hours of delivery, submit images of the damage, and retain the original packaging for carrier claims.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, with an estimated processing window of 15 calendar days following validation of the returned product.
