Return Policy

At Diseños Alan K. Thau S.A. de C.V., we seek customer satisfaction above all. The following return guidelines align with Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).

Limited General Policy

We do not offer exchanges or returns, except as stated in this policy and in accordance with applicable law.

Right of Revocation under the LFPC

Customers may revoke a purchase within 5 business days after receiving the product, provided that:

• The product is returned within 5 business days.
• The piece remains unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
• An invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

Return Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

• Personalized pieces with engravings or adjustments
• Made-to-order products
• Unique or discontinued pieces
• Items with delivery times exceeding 3 business days
• Loose diamonds or gemstones

Returns Due to Causes Beyond Control

If an order cannot be processed due to stock unavailability or force majeure, the customer will be notified and will receive a full or partial refund via the original payment method.

Products Damaged During Shipping

Customers must notify the company within 12 hours of delivery, submit images of the damage, and retain the original packaging for carrier claims.

Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, repair or replacement will be offered at no cost. Alterations by third parties void warranty coverage. See our full Warranty Policy for details.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, with an estimated processing window of 15 calendar days following validation of the returned product.
