Thau S.A. de C.V. , we seek your complete satisfaction. Our return policy is aligned with the\r\n      Federal Consumer Protection Law of Mexico, known as the LFPC.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h4>1. Limited General Policy<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n      We do not offer exchanges or returns, except as stated in this policy and in accordance with the law.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h4>2. Right of Revocation under the LFPC<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n      You have the right to revoke your purchase within 5 business days following receipt of the product.\r\n      The following conditions must be met:\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>The product must be returned within 5 business days.<\/li>\r\n      <li>The piece must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.<\/li>\r\n      <li>An invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h4>3. Return Exceptions<\/h4>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>Personalized pieces, including engravings, sizes, or adjustments.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Made-to-order products.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Unique or discontinued pieces.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Pieces with an estimated delivery time of more than 3 business days.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Loose diamonds or gemstones, even if incorporated into personalized jewelry.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      These pieces cannot be canceled or modified once the order has been confirmed, except where an\r\n      applicable warranty applies.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h4>4. Returns Due to Causes Beyond Dise\u00f1os Alan K. Thau S.A. de C.V.<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n      If the order cannot be processed due to causes beyond our control, such as lack of stock or force majeure:\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>The customer will be notified.<\/li>\r\n      <li>A full or partial refund will be issued using the same payment method.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h4>5. Products Damaged During Shipping<\/h4>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>Notification must be made within a maximum of 12 hours after delivery.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Images of the damage must be sent.<\/li>\r\n      <li>The original packaging must be kept.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n      Without the original packaging, it will not be possible to process the claim with the shipping carrier.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h4>6. Warranty for Manufacturing Defects<\/h4>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>\r\n        If the defect is confirmed within the warranty period, repair or replacement will be offered at no cost.\r\n      <\/li>\r\n      <li>\r\n        Pieces altered by third parties will lose their warranty coverage.\r\n      <\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h4>7. Refund Process<\/h4>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>The refund will be issued using the same payment method.<\/li>\r\n      <li>Estimated time: up to 15 calendar days after validation of the returned product.<\/li>\r\n      <li>The final accreditation time depends on the financial institution.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h4>8.
